Document needed to pick up a restricted from a gunsmith to bring it home please

Hi,
As stated, I'm wondering what document I need to pick up my restricted from a gunsmith where it's been at for over a year (don't ask).
I'm pretty sure it's an ATT but just want to make sure.
I've scattered throughout the "Legalese" forum but couldn't find the answer.
Also, what is the quickest way to obtain it?
I vaguely remember there was an email to contact but again, no idea what it is.
Is it faster to call and have them email it?
What info do I need to provide the CFO with besides my RPAL #?
