Yes. There are four screws in the top of the receiver that can be removed. This allows a Ruger 10/22 mount plate to be able to be installed: the plate will come with longer screws for this.

The 50th anniversary model had no sights and looked even nicer but this one is still a beauty.
They do make them;Ruger 10/22 INTERNATIONAL BLUE/WALNUT MANNLICHER STOCK, 22LR, 18.5″ Barrel may be hard to find.
