Hey TI, when are you guys sending out the RMA emails to customers who no longer want certain parts/accessories?


I would like to send these back to you asap so atleast you can resell them if needs be
 
TI's people are really bad when it comes to customer service. It is not Nick anymore who responds to emails. It is like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. When you complain, one of the guys gets really ticked off. The communication between those 2 guys and the shipping department seems cut off. They are wasting their own time and energy and really need to get their internal process organized.
