I called about an item online that showed 0 in stock, the very nice lady went to check for me to she if she could locate the item in the shop. Lucky for me she found one added to the inventory and I put it right into my cart. This was at about 1:30 pm on Tuesday. An hour and 1/2 later I got an update that my order had shipped. At 10:00 am Wednesday morning it was delivered.
Not only was the lady I spoke helpful and extremely pleasant on the phone but it was shipped and delivered inside of 24 hours. This kind of service is a very welcome change from waiting for days and days just to get a shipping notification.
So thank you to the nice lady that helped me, and SJ Hardware for exemplary customer service.
