Placed an order on Tuesday around lunch time. By 1 o'clock I received a nice e-mail from Henry that I was charged a bit much for shipping (although it seemed reasonable) and he sent me an EMT to refund the difference. By 2 I had received a tracking number and on Friday (the 22nd) a mere 2 days later they were delivered to my house. It's amazing customer service like this that is the reason Budget is the first place I look and why I've had no issues in any of my 12+ orders. Thanks again to Henry (and team?)
