For CORE courses in Victoria and surrounding area you can find a list of examiners, their respective city served, and their contact info on the BCWF - BC Wildlife Federation website. Many of the Fish and Game clubs on the Island host CORE courses such as VFGPA and they can direct you accordingly if emailed. A great local guy who runs a CORE course and test is Chris Shields based out of Cobble Hill, I did my CORE with him and had a good experience Fall 2023 no issues. His contact can be found on the examiners list or PM me, cheers.
