A question: I had purchased the aircrew UBACs shirt, it has velcro patches on the sleeves and a pocket? that is closed on each sleeve, wondering what would be attached to the velcro and what would be stored in the pockets.

The velcro on the sleeves is where the user could attach a pen holder pocket. The "pockets" that are closed off are actually just venting for the arms to keep you cool
