TI received my EMT on March 20 then they did a PAL verification on April 8 and my order is still not updated. I checked everyday and it is still “awaiting payment”. I emailed them and Zac told me they are taking care of a couple of thousand orders before mine. I guess they should have more casual staff and it would definitely help expedite processing of orders.
Just got my shipping notification email! 283**. 10 days after it actually shipped and 24 hours after it was delivered. Looks like the IT system is back up and running
