Are these special stens? I saw a dewat sten at our local gunshow the past weekend and the fellow wanted 450$ If I remember, the barrel had a hole torched thru it and a few other decommissioning " beauty marks". The reason I ask is did I pass up on a decent purchase?

I've had a Mk.3 for quite some time. And yes, the prices really varied depending on the condition, how crude the welding is, and whether it has moving parts, detachable mag, etc.
