    Bi-metal jacket though, or at least the batch I bought a number of years ago was. Some ranges may get pissy about it.

    This ammunition has never had a bi-metal jacket. I miss buying it in the can for $170 or so. That's only going back 10 years.

    Maybe the stuff coming out of Federal is no longer magnetic, the stuff I have, same box, is lake city brass with tight primer pockets and bi-metal jackets. Your mileage may vary.

    Are you familiar with The Shmoo, Mr. Fisher?
