Does browning get cz to make there barrels …..
Also I find it very odd that these companies won’t make a barrel for a person ..like if a person wanted a special length ..certain twist …
Dame it if I know of a gun smith who could change a barrel for me on a bar and get the barrel I want …it would be go time …ya ya money money money

Most Browning and Winchester firearms do not have hammer forged barrels. The Winchester Model 70 that was made at the FN Plant in South Carolina from 2008-012 did have a hammer forged barrel, however the current ones made at the Browning Viana plant in Portugal do not, also all Browning and Winchester firearms made by Miroku in Japan do not. The Browning BAR that was made at Herstal did, I am not sure if it is still made there. The common denominator is if the plant also produces military firearms it will have a hammer forged barrel.

I wish there was an option to have the cold hammer forged indentations left on the exterior of the barrel on both the rimfire and centre-fire bolt guns..
