Chaparral rifle question

Just placed my order! Only one model left in stock folks!

No .38 elevators left though, so I'm hoping that the factory, which is apparently back up and running, will be sending some.....

Oh? It was from one of your employees, so I'm sure that he was mistaken... :(
Perhaps he was thinking about a different Italian manufacturer?

Otherwise, he was very friendly and helpfull!! :)

I'm not super worried about the .38 elevator, but if one shows up somewhere, I'd love to have it!

Well, my Chaparral 1873 lever, in .357, arrived today!
Though I won't get a chance to fire it for at least a few days, I did cycle some snap-caps through it. Unlike the one in the Marstar video, this one has a relatively smooth action, straight out of the box. Really, for the price, a great looking rifle!! Can't wait to get out and shoot!!
Thank's to John, and the Marstar staff, for great customer service, and friendly, helpful interactions!

By the tie the new Pietta 1873 revolvers arrive, I'll have saved enough for a pair of .357's to match.....

I'm thinking that there's gonna be some SASS in my future.....

I have the Chaparral '66 in .357 mag and it was al little stiff at the begining but now it is smooth as butter. I use it for CAS and am pleased with it. Just hope that when the time comes I can get replacement parts for it.

Ohhh, could be a problem, what with the factory shut down, eh?

What revolvers, and shotgun, are you using?

Why don't you post some pic's of your new rifle, there are not a lot of good pics of the Chaparral's here and I'm sure there are lots of people (me included) that would like see some quality pics.
