It use the same ammo as the 20MM Lahti right?
It use the same ammo as the 20MM Lahti right?
Short and fat hard to get at, hit like a hammer and never been hit back.
Collectors source has some 20mm cases listed, as well as a Solothurn practice round ($85).
The empty cases are Finish, and I would assume for the Lahti. The Solothurn round is belted, where the Lahti round does not appear to be.
Edited to add: Wikopedia lists the 20mmX138mmB round as also applicable to the Lahti M39 and M40. The B in the designation is for belted...not sure what the 20mm cases that collectors source is showing are for as I do not see a belt. But the practice round is likely correct. Adapt a 50 primer, and turn solid brass bullet. The adrenaline rush will be worth the $85.
Question was answered already. Whoops.
Can I beg for more photos and videos????

Mr. Wolverine, did you reload these cases yourself, or were they loaded cartridges?
I have an Lahti L-39 on order, and have ordered 50 CNC turned cases (made to accept .50BMG primers) with 400 CNC turned projectiles, but am still looking for modern reloading data.
If anybody can point me the right way, I would be very appreciative.
Kevin.
You know you are a real gunnut when you start practicing trigger control on power tools.
WWJMBD? What Would John Moses Browning Do?
My buddy Craig reloads for me, I just get to pay all the invoices. Send a PM to "Missing something" and Craig can fill you in on the details, we are getting some projectiles manufactured as well.
John are you still looking for mags? if so send me a PM.
