I wish I didn't get it. Gross dude.
The wild still lingered in him and the wolf in him merely slept

Hmm, now I'm racking my brain thinking of who currently makes in house a bolt action reciever, and may have had a past/current relationship with Marstar.....

Ahh come on John, between you and the booze, I'm entitled to hurt myself, just a little on New Years.:D

I do look forward to seeing this one in the flesh.

Of course the next question is, will this reciever be scaled to the pistol caliber size, or just a conversion of an existing short action. We wait to see.

The clue is Yugoslavia. What old actions do they make there?

Those Mauser photos with the 1911 adapters are workable. Some guys have taken Romanian AK-47 5 shot single stack mags and fitted them into Mausers thus making nice 7.62x39 sporters. In fact, soon as I acquire said mag I will convert a noncollectable old Spanish Mauser with any floorplate.

If Johnone doesn't get me one of those 45 acp/9mm's in the new year I will machine my own adapter and experiment myself.
Using pistol rounds in bolt actions is a very practical application today as costs rise in the market.

Johnone of Marstar, I salut ya!
