To be prohib a SA firearm must be NAMED on list created in 1995, it cannot be modified or added to without an ammendment to the law by parliment (not the cfc or RCMP). The list has not been touched since 1995. The SCAR was not even a dirty dream in someones mind in 1995.
That makes sence if no SA models have been submitted yet.
