    Is this Rem 700 SPS tactical comparable to the Savage 10 Precision Carbine in terms of quality and out-of-the box accuracy ?

    They are about the same, the advantage to the Savage is that it has a better trigger and a detachable mag. We are out of the PC but do have the SPS tacticals in stock.
