THROTTLE MONKEY1:
"I'll wait for a review on how it functions first "

We have sold several hundred, very well received by our customers....
We fired thousands of rounds in our pre-production models....
There were numerous postings about them....

And by the way our warranty applies....

Well after two weeks in Italian customs, a one week delay from the airline, and the usual delays here in Canada....
They should be in our warehouse next week....

A ruger is cheaper, and beyond better. Also it completely customizable. The pps50 sorta looks cool, functions ok. Mags are plastic and cheap. Feeding is a issue with the stock plastic magazines. The 50 round metal magazines work fine after sanding the feeding ramp. But really its not worth the 400$. Go with a ruger. Spend 300 on the gun and buy a few extra magazines.

"Mags are plastic and cheap. "
How did you determine this, do you have one, have you examined one ?? ALL mags are steel....

"Feeding is a issue with the stock plastic magazines."
They DO NOT come with plastic mags, we do not offer plastic mags for them

Please take a moment to inform yourself BEFORE stating fact as you know it

I have one and the only issues ive noticed are:

-when its close to 0 outside the rifle doesn't cycle very well
-if you use checkered ammunition the drum mag jams up

I have a plastic drum and it works great with the right ammo, the rifle is really well made, feels solid in your hands. Its pretty pricey and its true there isnt much to mod on in, but a pretty fun little gun overall id say.

I have one & the stick mag & drum are both steel. I use the bulk federal champ through mine & it works good for me. I really wish I good find a 10 rd mag for it but them the breaks.

Dear john, i have owned one before in the past. I got mine from frontier and it did come with a plastic magazine. Did not purchase it from marstar but i did get the 50 rd drum mag from you.

Did not realize this was a marstar thread. I understand you must stand behind the products you sell, but the pps50 is not one i stand behind. Have you fired one? Do you own one? If so you cant really say its a better option the a rugger.

It goes with out saying that its not as good as a ruger 10 22. I had the black polymer model and the stock was not nice at all. It was warped at placed and would wiggle.

I had one. I found she only liked to fire stingers through the 50 round drum. Anything else would jam. Fun gun, though

I used to fire the winchester 555 crap out of it and the only thing I'd get was the failures from lack of primer compound that that bulk pack is known for. Most of the problems from the drum mag seems to come from damage caused to bullets when loading. As it gets tougher to load people force more and mess up the bullet on that little ramp I think.
