Is the x39 SKS stuff sealed in 300 round plastic bricks or tin cans?

Can you give some specs on the 10mm? If it's watered down like Remington or Winchester I'll pass but if it's a bit hot I am in. It'll save me a lot of work reloading for practice sessions.

It is sealed in 10 round packets on strippers clips and it isn't in that evil can.
