    Any timelines for Alberta online applications, I'm about to take my course and I thought it would be fast, but reading this thread has made me realize that Im in for a ride, probably 2 months and 6 at the most, would that be accurate?

    I would say 2 is rare 6 - 12 is probably more realistic.

    Forgot to mention once you get it, remember renew at minimum 6 months, my son's took 9 and mine took 3.

    Thanks for the reply, I was very excited to get my course done and never really stopped to think in research the timeline for actual application, I better sit tight and brace for a waiting time as fun as watching paint dry.

    It sure looks like its different for many people.

    My application took about 2 months, my references are also PAL certified, not sure if that made a difference or not.

    Alberta's CFO really has her #### together, my application was received Feb 5, cars issued March 8, got it on the mail March 14th.
