Have you consider something like a DIY receiver(80% receiver), where some machining has to be done by the consumer before it's considered a firearm receiver. Basically selling them a chinese made hunk of steel.

First off, there is no such thing in Canada as an 80% receiver under Candian law....
The law in Canada is very "gray" in this area.
It is our feeling that there are enough areas in which we can get into trouble, so for the time being we are avoiding this type of material....

I actually meant in regards to US law, as your website says you can't ship Chinese firearms to the US. So could marstar sell Americans a made in china, 80% receiver?
