I think that sometimes a store expands ( which is very good ) but in that process some automation or computerisation of processes ( necessary ) means that the original and highly personalised service is missed. When that happens some people get upset that they are not treated like they used to be. I think Frontier is a case in point - the online ordering is efficient etc but the personal call up to P.A. and the chat is missed.
I had a good experience buying my first rifle from Frontier and I bought some magazines later for a second rifle as well.They were nice to me at least and the prices are good.
I have had a few dealings with Frontier, all positive. Sure glad we have both Frontier and Prophet.

I have bought a lot of stuff from frontier and all I can say is Marlin is a great guy to deal with.
Frontier is fantastic to deal with. Never had a problem with any of my multiple orders from them.
On all of my EE listings, I describe every item to the best of my honest ability. If you have a question about an item, it is on you to ask before buying it! Once I receive payment for an item, I consider it sold and do not do returns.
