You can also take your chances and just show up on the last Thurs of the month and hope there is a no show and become a walk on into the safety course. When I emailed them in 2014 I received a response of up to one year waiting list. I showed up 3 months after that initial email and became an instant member as a walk on.

Safety course and membership for the year if joining in January is now $391 and it gets prorated depending when in the year you join. So now not too shabby. Used to be over $600 not very long ago(Novemberish) new bod must have reverted some past changes.

I was going to do that, then I heard that all their safety instructors quit and they stopped running the monthly course. Which is both a rumour and derail of this thread

I visited "Dufferin Northern Peel" but no luck.

Hey all, new to the site and (the sport/hobby). Sorry to revive an old thread here but it's pretty close to impossible to find a club in Ontario at the moment that isn't full for memberships. Are there any of these clubs that will let me just go to shoot some clays for a few hours without the need for a membership?

    Where in Ontario?

Oshawa skeet & gun club allows non-members to shoot trap & skeet.

If looking for indoor range, check out Gagnons.

It is $300 for a membership at Silverdale. But they are not taking any new members the last I checked at least not until the end of February.
