    Agreed.

However I have to think they thought of that in the design of the gun. Muzzle break, weight, etc, to stop the recoil of the gun from being too violent.
You know you are a real gunnut when you start practicing trigger control on power tools.

It looks like an issue...but it is not when you handle one. Plus you have to give them a little bit of credit....I think they have done a little bit of testing. After the third guy broke his nose they might have figured it out. But seriously...not an issue.

Exactly my thoughts. As a lefty myself, this rifle seems to cater to my kind. The magazine is on the opposite side of where I'll be shooting from.

This rifle is unfriendly to Righties.

It looks like the mag is on the left side to facilitate an easy mag change by a right hander while still maintaining a shooting position keeping their eye looking through the scope. Then a quick bolt cycle and back on trigger, back on target. But it definately looks lefty friendly since the lefties won't have it blocking their right eye's line of sight.

Actually you will eat bolt unless you move off the gun.

OK, it may look like it is an issue...but having shouldered it, it is not. Optical illusion. If you shoot it left, the bolt throw is right into your face. You would have to come off the rifle to clear your face. So good to go right handed, shootable left handed.

My 50 bmg has a left mounted mag system. I shoot right handed and the mag never even came close to my face. If anything you will get a scope bite before the mag ever get's into play...
