The SAPR is actually more ergonomic than the 5.56 family. For once, you can actually flip the safey with your thumb. Weight wise, it feels about the same as the 5.56. The lower is made of aluminum. It will be nice in a 13.5" configuration.

We are still waiting for our samples as we need them to have an 18.5" barrel (non-restricted).

haha nice guys, well even at 5g's people will still buy them, but if they are that much I will likely go for the robinson arms xcr-m or the kel tec RFB...
 
I handled it this morning. The finish on the lower was not the same as the upper. It reminded me of the Frankenswiss guns we saw here last year with the 556 lower. I hope they clean it up aesthetically.
