Love the winny 86. However hate the rebounding hammer and lawyer safety. Got a used Browning 86 coming from USA, should be here month end....I hope:p

We have most of new Winchester lever guns on order...no ETA but don't expect until late summer. No prices yet. Phil.

I have an 1892 Short in .357. Sweet gun, just ordered a carbine to go with it, may even get a trapper too.

1976 Winchester lever action 44-40

When I read all this talk about lever action Winchester I couldn't help but send this in reply.

I posted an ad in the "Exchange of Hunting and Sporting Arms" for a 1976 Battle Of Little Big Horn Centennial lever action Winchester. The rifle is cherry, never been fired.

Check it out!

Cheers,
Len

I have the Oliver High Grade 30/30 Winchester with 24 inch barrel and it was 1400 bucks not including HST and shipping. It is beautiful. I am currently having the rear buckhorn sight removed and a tang peep mounted. She shoots all bullets touching at 50yds off a sandbag with the new Hornady Leveroution 160grain rounds at an advertised MV of 2400FPS, which seems to be approaching 308 performance.
