    Cerakoting Bolt Action

    Hey there,
I saw the threads about recoating barrels, I am pricing out the cost of recoating the action, barrel, rings and bases of my T3 professionally (blued from the factory). I am not feeling really confident on doing a hack job of armacoting it. What do you charge for this and what sort of turnaround would I be looking at?

    Thanks

To CeraKote the barrelled action, bolt handle (not body) rings and bases is $225.00 plus GST and shipping if required.

When you say the barreled action, that includes the barrel I assume.

ATRS is worth the wait. They coated my rifle and did a wicked awesome job.

That sort of feedback is great to hear. I tried selling my T3, but for the price I should reasonably expect, Cerakote is a way better option. Plus, I don't lose the history this gun has accumulated! Bear season is far enough away that the wait is reasonable.

Are you wanting photos of just matte black barrel or camo?

Update: I sent the rifle away a week ago, and will post pictures here when I get it back...

    Stock: traded walnut for synthetic
Barrel and action: soon to be armour black
Cheek rest: now high enough with Eagle Industries Buttstock pack

Soon a whole new rifle... I can't wait!
