This has been a clusterf+ck so far. Promises of shipping dates, being told it's in transit etc. I'd like to say that I'll know this week as I lost it on them on Monday, but we'll see if anything really happens. I was told today that I'll have a list tomorrow of what is shipping.

On my last order from them what was supposed to be a month turned into almost six. More recently I got a new whole sale price list and tried to place an order but have received no word back yet. I have never had such a hard time to give my money to someone...

Phone call I got this morning confirmed that much more of my order is ready to ship and was told it will ship by weeks end.
We'll be talking with them the rest of the week to make sure it happens.
