    Man those slide serrations look un-finished....I don't mind the pattern but the straight edge on one side and the curves on the other is ugly.

    Just as we collect water in a barrel if we want to save it, we must collect temperature in mass if we want to save it. Houses should be built with mass surrounding every space to allow them to act as [thermal] "batteries". The rural retreat should employ earth mass as needed to effectively live off the grid economically free from government-based utilities that will fail during a crisis event.
