I guess they must be making money hand over fist up there in Melfort to provide such poor customer experience. Good to know.
Boggles the mind as to why some people even bother to get into retail...
I will not buy a gun from anyone but badger. They have given me awesome service ! #### happens, messages get lost, believe me good help in a small town is hard to find and Melfort isn't a big city like a lot of you whiners are from. He will find good staff, but it takes time. I've personally gone to his shop and seen what its like. So if pulling your adds here to slow down and catch up with the demand is what it takes, im not shocked he did it.
I had the same problem, 5 months after they charged my credit card for a Glock that they had in stock, i still had not received anything from them. I got the CFC involved, they called Armand personally and took care of it, they were not pleased with how i was treated.
I emailed and phoned them for two months after they took my money and registered it to my name, not one was responded to. However, as soon as I cancelled the purchase on my credit card, poof, I got a phone call the next day asking "WTF Happened???".
