adding photos to post ?

How does one add an attachement or imbed photos into a thread?
On the lower left corner of this page under 'Posting Rules' it states that I may not post attachments ...... how do I change that?

Get a free photobucket account, upload your pics to your account. When your pics are there just move your cursor over the pic you want to attach, you'll see a box appear with photo links. Go to the bottom link, right click and it will copy right away, then go to your CGN post, paste in the link and when you submit your post it should appear. If you delete the picture later from your photbucket account your pic will be removed from the post. Hope that made sense.

thanks Outcast .... photobucket was the key I was missing. Was able to include the url to the pics.
