i have purchase 2 makarov in 9mm makarov last month ,on the picture on the site the grip is red and i receive my 2 pistol with black color grip, for the .380ACP model the grip is red on the picture its red or black? i hate black grip the red is realy nice, im interess to puschase a other makarov in .380acp with red grip ONLY.

They all came with black grips. I'm working on importing "red" replacement grips as well as spare part kits. By the way East German Makorovs always had only black grips.

For the guys that purchased one do they come with a safety latch? and does the slide stay open when you finish firing the clip?
I have had a Baikal product which I assume they are, with no safety latch and the slide doesnt stay open when you finish a clip. It is little uncomfortable if ou ask me.
