Problem is the reexport of the AR stuff. I think sending them the bolt is all that is necessary to headspace although I just had a McGowen that fit perfectly and they just set to USGI specs without my bolt.

Once the bolt headspace is set to the barrel extension, the rest of the install is straightforward unless you have a non spec receiver.

    Let me know...

I am thinking about a match barrel for my M305, what kind of group could I get with this barrel.

If you are willing to do the rest of the rifle tuning/bedding AND feed it proper handloaded ammo, MOA or better is already proven with these barrels.

The barrel is a very important part of the equation but only 1 part towards accurte M305's.

Barrels ordered in Oct/Nov are onroute to me.

So that is pretty much inline with the 5 to 6 months timing they suggested.

    Good stuff.

Now the waiting to get through Can customs.

    Oh well...

Next batch has shipped. Seems to be timing well except for delays at Can customs but that is unavoidable.

My dealings with Krieger continue to impress. Despite past concerns which seem unfounded, I get prompt responses to questions and they have been very close to their delivery estimates.

Look forward to your enquiries. I will have some inventory so check out my website (I am really trying to keep it current as best I can) or here.

AR, M1A, Garand, target and hunting barrels are all available.

Just a note for anyone purchasing an AR barrel. I just got a Krieger from Jerry chambered in .223 wylde. They chambered it without my bolt as its a milspec bolt. It works great with no issues so perhaps no need to send yours if you are shooting a mil standard bolt, which I would imagine would be just about everyone.

    Hello Sir,

Looking for a 340 Weatherby SS barrel. Just came back from an elk trip only to be witness to my friend blow his barrel in two. This barrel is a well known maker but apparently some of these blanks came out of the US and have had a few issues.(A flaw in the stainless) If that's even possible. Either way it was scary as hell to watch. His 340 is on a 700 action. The action was trued to the barrel but I'm not sure how to ensure that the action is not damaged from this barrel splitting right up to the barrel threading in the action. Now he's looking for a new barrel for our Grizz hunt hopefully this spring. Hope you can help me out as to where he can find one.
    Thanks for your time,
    Steve Wills
