Ive seen it a few times now, what does it stand for?

Sold Pending Funds.
It means the deal is done, but the seller has not recieved the $ yet. Once he does it then goes from SPF to "Sold"

Just to add to it, 99.98% of times SPF is identical to SOLD.

EMT- electronic money transfer. done through Email
FTE- no fail to eject
these are just a few that will show up in an add.
