    Is there any way to change the recoil pad on a choate custom tactical?

    Can you use 700 SA HS bottom metal with B&C sporter stocks?

    Stay away from stupid and senseless arguments. These only lead to trouble,

    The buttpad unbolts from the metal parts and you can bolt on any other recoil pad. Unfortunately, the mounting bolt holes are unlikely to line up... or at least I don't know which to use. I just modified one of the limbsaver grind to fit pad and changed some of the holes to fit. Very comfy.

    If you can't find a limbsaver, let me know

    Only if you do some inlet work. The HS bottom metal does not drop into BDL inletting. might be easier to get a blind mag stock then inlett so you are not fighting old vs new.

    Yes, it is called the Choate custom tactical LH. I am hoping to get through all the needed paperwork by early part of next year.

    If you dont mind a wait, I am taking orders at the current prices for stocks next year. The prices WILL go up.

    Thanks

    Hi Jerry

    I'd like to get a Choate custom tactical RH for my Rem 700 308 aac-sd. Does the stock need any further bedding?

    Do you have them in stock?

    Thank you

    Sorry, not going to see any SA stock until my new Choate program in the new year. I always recommend bedding any stock.

    Hi;
    Looking for a target stock for a lefthand model 700 remington (was originally a BDL), long action, with a custom heavy 'remington' varmint contoured barrel.

    Thanks.
