Just wanted to confirm. Based on the photo above it appears there are no rollmarks cuz the photos from the SAM website appears to have the engravings SHOOTERS on the left side of the slide. Which ones do Wolverine have? no rollmarks on the left side or with the Shooters markings.

All of the SAM models we order do not have the "Shooters" logo on the left side, we use a small discreet "Wolverine" logo only. There may also be other small changes like 106 mm minimum barrels and dovetailed front sights when compared to models on their web site.

As an additional note, if you look on the Shooters Arms Manufacturing site you will notice on their builds that the left side of the slide has been engraved with an overly large and unattractive "SHOOTERS" logo; The Wolverine build does not have this eye sore on it.

The Wolverine build has no markings on the left hand side of the slide and a small engraved "Military 1911A1 - E" on the right side along with the standard serial number on the frame and a very nice Wolverine logo near the right grip safety.

That is a big relief, I am expecting mine to show up in a couple of days and I was planning on sending it off to have that removed and now I don't need to. Thanks for the info.
