This being the reason why self hosting trumps paying someone else to. Its usually just an issue of having to unplug something and plug it back in, which would be nice to be able to have done without calling someone.
If its been down since Friday you guys should be demanding a refund. If my site is down for more than a half hour my hosting service is in deep ####.
Website back online.
We will be talking to our host (Webserve Canada); they are supposed to have a 99.9% uptime guarantee
