I know, there was another thread, but has unfortunately been locked.
I was wondering what is the height of the conversion slide (sights excluded) and any height difference between the older and newer version?
I may be up for one, but if it doesn't clear my c-more even when removing the sights, I will have very little use for it (I am running a 90degree mounted c-more).

Do you carry a conversion kit with the same slide/barrel length as the Ranger II?
No, Sorry - STI's conversion is 5" only...but it will work on a Ranger II.
Chemo, sorry, I didn't get to the measurements this afternoon.
I'll get it done in the AM.
The older model 22 conversion (made by Bob Marvel for STI) is 1.740" high with the sights removed.
The Newer model 22 conversion (made by Tactical Solutions for STI) is .840" High with the sight rail removed.
Is this a typo or is the marvel version really is an inch taller than the new version?
EDIT: oh Now I see how the TacSol version can be 0,9 inch lower, the sight rail is pretty beefy

I've been checking the website and ordered couple of times, but only saw the 1911 version

its just an STI branded tac sol kit so it will work on 1911 or 2011 you just need to use different mags
