Not trying to rant or #####, just offer a suggestion. You guys should update your online order forms a bit. I plan on placing an order but have been struggling with the online order forms. The PDF version is awesome and easy to fill out, but you can't save any typed info so I'm not sure how you'd even use it to email in an order.
The word document is really a PITA to work with (At least in Microsoft Works). I'll have to modify it to get some of my info to fit properly.
Perhaps you could just change the PDF to allow saving of typed info? Maybe this is possible to change myself, but I don't know how and would bet that others don't either. That would make it a lot easier for those of us who aren't able to phone an order in.
