Barrett is honored once more with a Golden Bullseye Award from an NRA Publication. In 2010, the Barrett Model 98B® was named the American Rifleman, Rifle of the Year. Now for 2012, Shooting Illustrated honors the new Barrett MRAD™ bolt action .338 Lapua Magnum rifle with the same prestigious title.

“The Golden Bullseye Award honors our winners for bringing to market products remarkable in their utility to shooters and hunters,” said Joe H. Graham, Executive Director of NRA Publications. “The award is a symbol of excellence and innovation in firearms, accessories and related equipment.”

The MRAD™ offers a more portable marksmanship solution capable beyond 1500 yards. Additionally, the MRAD™ has caught the attention of discerning clients who appreciate this rifle’s ultimate accuracy and operational enhancements. The MRAD™ follows in the tradition of the Barrett M107®, where durability and ruggedness meet precision and accuracy.

The Barrett REC7 is available in 6.8 SPC!

Compact, accurate and completely trustworthy, the REC7 is designed specifically for situations in which there’s no room for error. Styled in the familiar AR configuration, it’s a no-nonsense rifle you can trust with anything—including your life.

This tough-as-nails rifle was designed specifically to answer the call for a low-maintenance, enhanced reliability carbine.

The REC7 rifle’s dependability stems largely from its innovative operating system. Using a minimum number of parts, the piston system separates heat and powder residue from the bolt carrier and trigger assembly. The rifle runs cool and clean, reducing maintenance requirements and increasing endurance.

Price is $2770.00

The delivery is approximately 4 to 5 months.

Barrett BORS and Rings in stock!

The Barrett Optical Ranging System (BORS) is an integrated ballistics computer that mounts directly on the riflescope and couples to the elevation knob. drawing from thousands of tables and taking into account a number of real-time external factors, it automatically gives the shooter the exact yardage at which a bullet will hit. In other words, it’s like having an army of ballisticians behind every shot.

A DSP83/end user certificate is otherwise known as a Nontransfer and Use Certificate. These are required by the US State Dept for export of specific products. An end user can be anything from a civilian to a police department. The end user must sign and date the form and this is submitted with our import certificate to obtain a US export permit.

It is a confidential document for a single purchase only. The user is not required to provide their address or other contact information on this document. You only need to sign and date this form. You are undertaking not to re-export the stated item.

If you are interested in placing an order for an item that requires an end user certificate please contact our sales department and they will send you more information.

Please note that a 20% deposit is required upon order of these rifles.

what about the availability of Model 82A1® now that is in 416cal. doesn't this help it bypass the regs on exportation? i spoke with them and they said it should be available thats why they made it, to usurp califonia laws and export laws that the 50 cal model ran into.

The 82A1 is prohibited, regardless of calibre, in Canada. Sorry.

BEAUTIFUL.

No unfortunately not. We can get this guy in 6.8 SPC only.

If there is enough interest up here, perhaps you could convince them to do a run of .223 wylde barrels?

Right now this is a permanent ban for other than Military and LE sales.

DAMN. This is the one I really wanted to have. I guess I will have to start looking elsewhere now. Maybe the AX338.

I was so happy to think I was going to order an MRAD in the spring too and my wife agreed to the purchase. I don't understand how one can be banned and others not. I am guessing that the MRAD is the rifle that passed the PSR trails then.

This thread is out of date and I need to delete it. Things have changed, we can supply you with an MRAD no individual DSP83 required. Sold out right now but more ordered for stock.
