I just handled one and I concur. It's absolutely gorgeous wood. I'd just finished talking myself into waiting to buy a regular one, now I'm in love with the Canadian and might just have to have it sooner rather than later.
 
I hear CZ is having a difficult time sourcing wood for the guns and there is an indefinite wait for the Canadian versions now. Maybe the guys from Wolverine can chime in.

I have one question though, maybe somebody knows this. All CSA come with tabbed bolt whereas all CZ including CANADIAN MODEL still come without it.
Was the gremlin somehow fixed in CZ without a tabbed bolt?
 
I am not sure if this has been answered already..I apologize if it has..Will the Cz-858 "Canadian" furniture be sold separately?
