    type 88 sniper....NON RESTRICTED,,,,????

    How did the other dealers get the type 88 sniper rifle classified non restricted, it is said to be a variant of the 97??

    It doesn't matter if it is a variant because it is not prohibited! Only those specific ones were because they had a faulty trigger mechanism. These have completely different mechanisms and are non-restricted, as they both should be.

    If the type 97 had a redesigned trigger mechanism that could pass the RCMP's bull#### test then they would be good to go.

    Pre-orders are horrible for everyone involved. They never go smooth. We will not be doing a pre-order to bankroll this project.

    the 88 is not a variant of the T97. Very different gun.
