How about bring in the calibre conversion kits! !!!!!!!!!
Pre-orders are horrible for everyone involved. They never go smooth. We will not be doing a pre-order to bankroll this project.

Are you bringing in JR parts ? (the ones JR can't send to individual owners in Canada) Spare bolts & barrels .
Tom @ JR has been very helpful to me trying to get my 40 S&W JR working the way it should . He is sending me some parts free of charge in hopes of solving the problem. But the one part he says needs to be modified (the bolt) he would gladly send free as well but it is a restricted part requiring export permits . So since you are the Canadian importer for JR are you going to be bringing them in so they are available in Canada ?

Yeah, what he said. If you guys bring in only the barrels that could lead to some problems.
