Interested in a short barrel JR Carbine?

I'd love a short barreled version of my JRC. it'd be nice to have just the upper receiver sold seperately and registered as restricted to swap with my non-restricted. Unless that would this not work... Either way I'd love one!

Since we're already restricted due to barrel length i'd rather have a 9mm AR.

I recently bought a 9mm non-restricted JR and I like it a lot. Went through a few boxes of ammo without any FTF or FTE.

I bought a DPMS vented handguard, put a magpul Moe rail section on it and a gas pedal thumbrest....easy to take down and remove the barrel. Just barely fits in a laptop case.
