I always thought .32-ACP was a banned caliber. I didn't realize it's only banned for use in handguns, but legal in rifles.

Great job on bringing these rifles in Tactical Imports. You guys are very good for the sport.
There ARE some very SPECIFIC handguns in .32 ACP that are legal to own, too.

Yes. Considered Restricted rifle and not a handgun.

Any possibility of that ever happening?

Why wouldyou guys honestly do that other then the non-restricted factor???

Have you guys even ever held one of these, cuz the whole gun is just a little bigger then a pistol and to throw an extra 14+ inches on it would be just a bit outta whack

How about we work on changing our gun laws instead of ###ing up all our guns.

I'm wondering how this firearm is not prohibited. It seems to be explicitly prescribed to be prohibited by OIC:

    SOR/98-462

    2. The firearms listed in Part 1 of the schedule are prohibited firearms for the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition "prohibited firearm" in subsection 84(1) of the Criminal Code.

    PART 1

    ...
    40. The firearm of the design commonly known as the Skorpion Auto Pistol, and any variant or modified version of it.
    ...
    Maybe I'm missing something?

I understand that it's not registered as a Pistol but it seems that it would certainly be viewed as a variant.

I'd love to pick one of these up but I just want to be sure that the RCMP won't come to take it away as they have with other firearms.
