Application arrived in Mirimichi in October. PAL arrived in my mailbox today.

Should I understand it took you about 8 weeks to have your license printed and mailed? Also, during this extended period of time, did you have to make any phone calls to request for priority?

Is there an ideal time to call to see if the card has been printed? The "unusually high call volume" seems to be more typical that the message implies.
