RPAL was approved sometime this week (week of Feb 21st)
They had received my application on October 26th.
Haven't received the physical license yet, but it's apparently on the way.

For anyone else watiting, I recommend calling your provincial CFO. Got in contact with mine in Ontario, and my picture was missing the name/signature on the back (this is for RPAL upgrade its the same pic as my PAL). There was also some confusion because my name was spelled wrong on my license (a space in the middle of a name lol). So I'm not sure what they need to do to verify my picture, (she mentioned they may or may not send the pic back to me to verify), but if there's anything wrong, they should let you know.
So what exactly does the CFO in your province do with your application mine has been their for a while now but won’t give me any other info other then my photo and signature has been accepted and they say it’s in finial stage !?!
My credit card got charged today, however they only take the money for RPAL. My application is for both PAL and RPAL. Anybody same as me?

PAL: $61.32. A FIREARM POSSESSION AND ACQUISITION LICENCE (PAL)
RPAL: $81.76. A PERMIT FOR “NON-RESTRICTED” AND “RESTRICTED” POSSESSION AND ACQUISITION LICENCE (RPAL)
But my friend he got charged for 81.76+61.32=143.08
It's $61.32 for PAL, or $81.76 for RPAL, which includes PAL. So if you applied for RPAL it's only $81.76. So you're up $61.32 from what you expected to o be.
