Hindsight is 20/20 for sure. Definitely not worth waiting months longer to save a few bucks. But I was very careful when I produced my own photo. It was the unspecified photo paper requirement that got me. Thus I’m still waiting many months later.

Anyone have advice for me? I applied in September and I missed one checkbox.
I sent the document back to the RCMP through their online mail in February and still am waiting on initial processing. How do I speed this process up?
Been waiting for 8 months now.

Call to ensure they received your info, and ask if they need anything else.

for me. I have a CAA (BCAA) membership. I can get free passport pictures every 2years. When at BCAA, they went to Firearms website, looked up picture requirements and adjusted the picture to match.

Gosh, I sent mine in March 2020 and I only received my RPAL this month, while I already had my PAL. I don't know why it took so long since I have absolutely nothing shady in my life,
