    No you don’t need to belong to a gun club/range to get a RPAL. You need it to purchase/acquire a restricted firearm (with exception of Ontario).

    April 26th sent application (ONTARIO) Credit card charged FINALLY on August 10th. Thank ***k

    jeez I sent mine off April 26 as well,( from BC) was recieved by them may 3rd and my card was charged Aug 3

    My PAL timeline from MB:
    Application mail received on 7 March 2022
    CC & complete initial review on 1 June 2022
    Approved on 2 Aug 2022
    PAL was received by mail on 10 Aug 2022
