You can just call the CFC and the BC CFO extension and apply for your ATT over the phone and have them email it to you. You will have to fax or scan and email your range membership to them. Doing it that way it will only take a few days to a week. Now transfers...those are another story, about a 3 week wait right now.

Yikes that's a loooonngggg wait! Here's hoping your ATT comes through quick, quick. It doesn't hurt giving them a call to check up on it and asking them to email it to you. Good luck!

Where do you check online to check the status? I am still waiting for my paper work to come back to send in my app and picture.
