Can't believe this myself but an update on this. 9 days after my payment was processed I got my renewal card in the mail!

Wow. At least the online renewal process is incredibly efficient! Canít wait to be able to make use of that. But Iíve got to receive my R/PAL in the first place to be able to renew. 😉

As they said, be patient. Did you have any boxes checked? anything on CPIC? They say COVID added 4+ months to the process.
I am in BC, mine took 19 months. March 21 2019 received. April 11 2019. CC charged. October 29 2020 issued. Nov 06 2020 - RPAL received in mail.

do call them but not every week. Every 30-45 days. I am pretty sure i would still be waiting if i did not call in on Oct 29.

19 months!? Dang. Seems to be fairly consistent 4mlnths reading through some of the previous posts. But who knows what goes on in the minds of the rcmp

    Quebec Here:

Received: 22 Sept 2020 (non registered, regular mail)
    CC charged : 13 Jan 2021

Still waiting for card issuance. No boxes checked.
I bought a house so my DL/Health Card are at new address (for insurance reasons) and havent moved in yet. Nothing else is at the new address though and application reflects old address, we'll see how that goes.
